The Effective HR Advisor

Behind every well-run organisation, there is usually a strong HR advisor quietly making things work. From recruitment and pay reviews to performance issues, training needs, and policy updates, HR advisors play a central role in keeping people, systems, and standards aligned. Yet many professionals step into HR advisory roles without structured preparation, which can lead to inconsistent decisions, weak collaboration with line managers, and policies that exist on paper but not in practice.


The Effective HR Advisor course by LPC Training is designed to bridge that gap. Over five focused days, participants explore what it really means to operate as a trusted HR advisor — not just an administrator, but a professional who adds value, guides managers, and supports employees while protecting organisational interests. The course walks through real HR scenarios, helping participants understand how to advise on recruitment, pay structures, benefits, performance management, learning needs, and policy implementation.
