Cancellation and Refund policy
Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking a course with LPC Training. By registering for a course, you agree to be bound by this policy.
1. Cancellation by Participants
If you need to cancel your course registration, the following refund policy applies:
| Time of cancellation | Refund of course fee |
|---|---|
Time of cancellation | Refund:Refund of course fee |
21 days or more before the course start date | Refund:Full refund (100%) |
Between 14 and 21 days before the course start date | Refund:75% refund |
Between 7 and 14 days before the course start date | Refund:50% refund |
Less than 7 days before the course start date | Refund:No refund |
2. Non-attendance and Partial Attendance
No refund will be issued under any circumstances for non-attendance, partial attendance, or where a participant withdraws from the course for any reason, including but not limited to illness, changes in personal or professional circumstances, visa issues, or participant dissatisfaction.
3. Transfer to a Future Course
If you are unable to attend a confirmed course, you may nominate a replacement participant from your organisation at no additional cost, subject to providing us with the relevant details in advance.
Alternatively, we may consider a transfer to a future course date at our discretion, subject to availability. Any transfer request must be made in writing and at least 14 days before the course start date.
4. Changes or Cancellation by LPC
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled or rescheduled by LPC Training (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrolment), you will be offered the option to transfer to an alternative date, venue or course of equal value. If a suitable alternative is not available, a full refund will be issued.
5. Course Content and Delivery
LPC reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to course content, trainers, venues or schedules where necessary, without entitling participants to a refund. Full details of each course — including objectives, target audience and content — are clearly outlined prior to enrolment, and it is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure the course is suitable for their needs.
6. Refund Policy Disclaimer
All course bookings made through LPC are non-refundable, except as set out above. By registering for a course, you acknowledge and accept that fees are payable in full and are not subject to refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to participant dissatisfaction, changes in personal or professional circumstances, or partial attendance. This policy applies to both individual and corporate bookings.
