The Executive Health Innovation Management Programme (EHIMP) is a 5-day programme equipping senior healthcare leaders with the knowledge and skills to become change agents for healthcare innovation. Drawing on the latest thinking and real-life cases, EHIMP takes a practical approach by examining real-world challenges in healthcare.
The programme is delivered in three modules offering a mix of class sessions that explore the drivers of change in healthcare systems, key innovations and their implications, the challenges faced by value chain players and how to address them.
