IRBIZ: Incident Response for Business Professionals

Cybersecurity incidents are increasing in scale and complexity, making structured and standardised response capabilities essential for modern organisations. Effective incident response requires alignment with recognised industry frameworks and regulatory expectations, including US-CERT’s NCISP (National Cyber Incident Response Plan) and Presidential Policy Directive (PPD) 41 on Cyber Incident Coordination Policy, alongside compliance with state legislation and other regulatory requirements.

The IRBIZ: Incident Response for Business Professionals programme by LPC Training provides a structured introduction to incident response methods, procedures, and compliance practices. Over three intensive days, participants will explore standardised incident handling processes, regulatory obligations, and key resources used to support effective cybersecurity incident management.

This course also supports preparation for the CertNexus Incident Responder Credential (CIR-110), reinforcing the knowledge and practical understanding required to operate within established frameworks and organisational policies.
