This course provides participants with a practical understanding of maritime administration functions, port facility operations, ship documentation requirements, and port management procedures. The programme focuses on the relationship between maritime authorities, port facilities, ship operators, port management teams, agents, terminals, and vessels calling at ports.
Participants will examine key documents required for ships, port entry and departure procedures, ship-port interface requirements, compliance inspections, security controls, environmental obligations, and operational coordination across the port call cycle.
