Process Plant Optimisation & Energy Conservation

Industrial plants face constant pressure to improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and maintain mechanical integrity while maximising throughput. Poor optimisation strategies can increase operating costs, accelerate equipment degradation, and compromise long-term profitability. Structured plant optimisation and energy management are therefore essential for sustainable operations.

The Process Plant Optimisation & Energy Conservation course by LPC Training equips participants with practical tools to enhance process performance and reduce energy losses. Over five focused days, participants learn modelling, simulation, heat integration, and energy management principles used in modern industrial facilities.

This course focuses on real plant environments. Participants will explore optimisation diagnostics, energy benchmarking, digital tools, and AI-enabled improvement strategies. By the end of the course, participants will be able to implement cost-effective optimisation actions that strengthen plant reliability and long-term performance.
