Behind every successful organisation lies a set of well-designed and well-managed business processes. When those processes are unclear, outdated, or poorly aligned, performance suffers — regardless of the quality of the people or systems in place.

The Business Process Analysis and Modelling course helps managers and analysts understand how work actually flows through an organisation, and how to map, assess, and improve it effectively. Over five intensive days, participants explore how to represent complex business operations through clear visual models that support decision-making, improve communication, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Rather than focusing purely on theory, this course takes a practical approach — using real examples and modelling tools to build and refine process diagrams. You’ll learn to use BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) and IDEF0 methods to visualise how processes interact, identify where value is created or lost, and suggest measurable improvements that support strategic goals.

By the end of the course, you’ll not only understand process modelling, but also know how to use it to create leaner, smarter, and more adaptable organisations.
