Quality & Productivity

In a significant achievement that marks a new milestone in its professional journey, LPC officially announced that it has been awarded accreditation by the British Accreditation Council (BAC), a step that reflects its strong and ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality training in line with British and international standards. This accreditation is certainly considered one of the most prestigious global recognitions and is granted only to institutions that demonstrate genuine excellence in management, training delivery, content quality, and learner care.

Subsequently, the accreditation was awarded following a rigorous and comprehensive evaluation process, during which LPC underwent detailed assessments covering management and operational practices, training systems, trainer competence, learner support, the quality of training programmes, as well as the review of training facilities and infrastructure—ensuring the provision of a fully integrated learning environment that meets the highest quality benchmarks.

A Comprehensive Audit Process and On-Site Quality Verification.

As a core part of the accreditation process, a BAC assessment team conducted an on-site visit to LPC’s premises, during which they directly reviewed all operational, training, and educational processes implemented by the organisation. The assessment covered the following key areas:

  • Management, Staffing and Administration:

Review of governance structures, management effectiveness, staffing policies, and administrative procedures that support the delivery of training programmes.

  • Teaching, Learning and Assessment:

Evaluation of programme delivery methods, teaching approaches, and assessment mechanisms, including the tools, techniques, and methodologies used to measure learning outcomes and participant performance.

  • Participant Welfare:

Examination of learner support systems, communication channels, and measures in place to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning experience.

  • Premises and Facilities:

Inspection of the physical infrastructure, training facilities, learning environments, and technical resources to ensure they meet the required standards and support high-quality education and training.

Meetings were also held with LPC's management team and trainers, alongside close observation of training activities in practice.

During the visit, the BAC team confirmed LPC's full compliance with the required quality standards—an outcome that directly strengthens the confidence of both current and prospective learners, offering them genuine reassurance that they have chosen the right institution and the right training provider to support their professional development.

While this accreditation represents a major achievement for LPC, it is not viewed as the end of the journey. Rather, it forms part of a long-term commitment to sustainable excellence. The frameworks and standards established by BAC will serve as a foundation for LPC's annual internal reviews, ensuring continuous improvement, performance enhancement, and the consistent elevation of training and administrative quality year after year.

Who Is BAC, and Why Does Its Accreditation Matter?

The British Accreditation Council (BAC) is the world's oldest independent accreditation body, with a long-standing global reputation for accrediting education and training institutions against the highest international standards. BAC accreditation is widely recognised as a global mark of trust, confirming that accredited organisations apply best practices in governance, education delivery, quality assurance, and learner protection.

For LPC, achieving BAC accreditation delivers a clear and powerful message: a firm commitment to the highest global standards in training and education. It also reflects the organisation's great pride in its dedicated staff and professional trainers, whose expertise and commitment played a central role in achieving this milestone.

So, LPC reaffirms to its clients that it offers not only up-to-date, industry-relevant training programmes aligned with real-world professional needs, but also a comprehensive learning experience built on quality, professionalism, learner care, and strict adherence to British standards of excellence at every stage of the training journey.

LPC views this accreditation as an ongoing promise to its learners and partners—a long-term commitment to ensuring that quality is not merely a slogan, but a daily practice and a core principle that defines everything the organisation does.
