“What if leaders never exist?” Has this question ever come to your mind?

Do you think we’d be in an overwhelming chaos or it wouldn't matter.

Let’s speak out loud and look for an answer.

Leaders have motivational roles in organizations and getting things done. In other words, if all viable factors were available except for a great leader, the organisations wouldn't be steadfast in the market labour.

According to the saying, an organization without a leader is a school without a principal or a family without partners, leadership illustrates the individual's ability of managing, and supervising staff performance and workflow. It also illustrates the ability of influencing people to do their tasks at their optimum.  so you have to know which leadership skills make you a great leader.

In general, what determines success for organizations is when leaders know how to manage their organization effectively. Thus, they affect the decision making and the conduct of the proceedings in a positive way that will keep up the spirit and create a motivational environment.

What happens when leaders don't exist:

1- Hesitation:

Who gets the employees making good decisions on their own is a great leader, even though his/her presence is important to make decisions at the right time. Because their job is to motivate the employees to make good decisions.

2- chaosity:

Great leaders are great to talk to. Teams become unorganized and ineffective and indifferent and lose the regular performance of tasks, when leaders aren’t there.

3- Absence of mutual values:

Leaders build the values and conduct of teams. If there is no leader, there is no criteria to follow, thus, teams will end in collapse eventually. Since integrity is a main element of leadership, it makes sense that values will be demolished.

4- Fragmentation:

Great leaders can harness the abilities and energy of individuals for the organization, Otherwise, teams will be divided into small groups. Fragmentation wastes time and causes problems between employees.

5- Blurred vision:

Great leaders have a forward-looking vision to achieve. When they aren't there, teams miss their target and a large deficit occurs in business and project achievement of organization.

So, if you think your favorite team can qualify to the final without a coach, that applies to business teams that need a leader to have efficiency and effectiveness.

Why organizations need great leaders:

1- Clarity of vision and values:

Most organizations have forward-looking visions of their status and how to build a brand reputation in the market.

The great leaders ensure staff are reminded of the organization's vision and values, as well as implementing the values by doing their daily tasks.

2- spirit:

No matter to business without employees. Since constituent hiring is a waste of time and expensive. Keeping up the spirit substitutes and helps to retain staff in the organization.

3- Good communication:

When large trade decisions are made such as a new strategy or changing plans, it’s crucial to ensure that every member in the organization is aware of it to reduce miscommunication.

4- Motivate staff:

Great leaders motivate their staff by money; salaries or bonuses, or by implementing schemes, supporting experiences and leadership skills that can bring back benefits to all staff.

5- Provision of appropriate resources:

Great leaders need to be ensured that the appropriate resources to do any task effectively is crucial to any member in organisations. Eventually, staff will get assured that leaders believe in them doing a good job so they try their best to get objectives achieved as best as they can.

In sum, no matter what career it is, the number of staff, the kind of available tools, we should have great leaders to take the wheel toward success.
