About the Workshop

Artificial intelligence is transforming how organisations operate, make decisions, serve customers and citizens, manage risk, and create value. This three-day executive workshop is designed to help leaders and professionals move beyond general AI awareness and develop a practical roadmap for organisational adoption.

The programme combines strategy, practical AI applications, productivity use cases, governance and responsible implementation. Participants will examine how AI can improve organisational performance while addressing the leadership, people, ethical, legal, security and governance considerations required for sustainable adoption.

The workshop is suitable for both public- and private-sector organisations and is intentionally non-technical at its core, while still providing hands-on exposure to relevant tools, use cases and implementation methods.
