Time Management and Personal Effectiveness

In today's hectic work world, efficient time management is no longer a desire but a necessity. Long-lasting obligations, busy schedules, and the need to accomplish more with less often produce overwhelming, reactive, and distraction-oriented professionals who are not able to focus on priorities. Inefficient time management affects not only productivity but also decision-making, teamwork, and personal well-being.


Time Management and Personal Effectiveness is a five-day course to help busy people regain command of the workday and improve professional performance. This course transcends calendars and to-do lists—it presents a comprehensive system that ties together systems of planning, strategies of communication, and thinking tools to enable participants to think, act with determination, and prioritize with focus.


Attendees will learn to identify time-wasters, manage interruptions, create effective meetings, and embrace creative thinking strategies that enhance individual and group productivity. The programme also addresses acquiring digital fluency and how to make effective use of technology tools to facilitate efficiency in task management, document movement, and information flow.
