High-Risk Behaviour Management in Crowds Training course in Milan

What turns a tense crowd situation into a major public safety incident—and how can it be prevented? Managing high-risk crowd behaviour requires professionals to recognise early warning signs, understand group psychology, and respond decisively without intensifying tensions. From sudden panic to aggressive behaviour, effective crowd management depends on situational awareness, clear communication, and interventions that prioritise public safety.

High-Risk Behaviour Management in Crowds by LPC is a five-day course exploring behavioural risk assessment, crowd dynamics, de-escalation techniques, operational coordination, and technology-supported monitoring. Participants will examine how venue layouts, crowd movement, emotional triggers, and communication breakdowns can influence incident escalation.

Through scenario-based exercises and case studies, participants will strengthen their ability to coordinate responses, support safe evacuations, evaluate incidents, and apply lessons learned to future operations. The course promotes proportionate decision-making and safer outcomes for both the public and response teams.
