Advanced Refinery Process Yields Optimisation Online Training Course

Refinery operations today face rising pressure to maximize product yields, reduce operational costs, and meet increasingly strict environmental regulations. Yet, despite technological advancements, many plants continue to lose value through suboptimal crude selection, inefficient process integration, and underutilized catalytic systems. These gaps not only limit profitability but also expose facilities to greater risk in volatile energy markets.

Advanced Refinery Process Yields Optimisation is a specialized 5-day training program that equips engineers, operators, and planners with the technical insight and tools to optimize every stage of the refining value chain. From interpreting crude assays and refining process modeling to mastering catalytic conversion and yield forecasting, the course dives deep into process improvements that translate directly into economic gains.

Through case studies, hands-on simulations, and detailed technical analysis, participants will learn how to design yield optimization strategies tailored to their plant’s configuration, product slate, and economic goals. The course also emphasizes the importance of process integration, automation, and refinery-wide coordination to ensure sustainable performance enhancement across all units.
