A root cause failure analysis helps a business get to the source of a product failure. More importantly, it provides the manufacturer with the information needed to address and correct the issue causing the failure. Root cause failure analysis is usually a multidisciplinary process.
A root cause analysis allows an employer to discover the underlying or systemic, rather than the generalized or immediate, causes of an incident. Correcting only an immediate cause may eliminate a symptom of a problem, but not the problem itself.
Root Cause Failure Analysis training course addresses a modern approach to problem-solving in maintenance management and is based on some of the most recent research in the field. Participants will be enabled to improve the performance of their operation with practical, down-to-earth techniques that are based on first principles.
