Business Etiquette and Protocol

The ability to know what to do is not nearly as crucial as the ability to know how to act in the modern global corporate environment. One's manner of greeting a customer, managing a meeting, or hosting a formal dinner can have a significant impact on how others view one's level of expertise, credibility, and leadership. Through the Business Etiquette & Protocol course offered by LPC Training, professionals are equipped with the self-assurance and abilities necessary to navigate any social or business setting with effortless elegance and sophistication.


Over five days, participants will demonstrate their mastery of the unwritten norms of professional behaviour. These rules will cover a wide range of topics, including cultural awareness and worldwide protocol, as well as the management of guests, the staging of events, and the tactful handling of sensitive correspondence. You will acquire the skills necessary to carry yourself in high-pressure situations, to greet high-profile individuals, and to keep your composure under duress, whether you are in front of a camera or at the dinner table.
