Many studies have urged managers in the sector to understand the relationship between quality management and performance. This calls for a need in the construction industry for quality management strategies and quality improvement program to improve work quality and to enhance performance.

This course introduces learners to practical tools and good practice approaches to managing quality in construction at all stages of the project lifecycle.
