HR auditing process goes into the depths of an organization to find out where and why the problem occurs, or how to optimize human and mechanical resources. Service quality dimensions, productivity and cost are revised in order to find clues for a better outcome. Different methods like self-auditing questionnaires are used which contain a number of questions related to organizational work.

 

HR audits help companies identify whether their HR policies, procedures and practices are legal and effective. They ensure that a company remains compliant with federal, state and local HR laws

 

This course will provide you with a thorough understanding of audits and the role of the HR audit including how to run an HR audit and the typical challenges HR employees face.

 

The course will show you how to run an audit and provide you with the templates and processes of the proprietary Human Capital Assessment methodology, including what you have to do to gain the buy-in of managers and executives. We will also investigate risk assessment and the financial impact of what HR does.
